Mental Health Together
We all experience fluctuations in our mental health and wellbeing, yet many of us still find it hard to speak out openly about this. In the UK around 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health condition each year. Many more of us will experience times when we are feeling anxious, insecure or just trying to cope with the many issues life throws at us.
The ethos of our friendly group is to bring people in the local community “together”; hosting events and activities which encourage open conversations about mental health in a safe, supportive and stigma-free environment, if you’d like to learn more then please click on the icon below
